ASTI offers multiple formulas for the acquisition of its solutions via the renting or direct financing of its equipment option. With this option, the client can perform diverse tests or permanently use equipment without having to invest directly in the purchase of equipment.
With the data collected from an initial stage of operational analysis, our engineering team will perform studies and design the most suitable solution to optimise internal logistics. If necessary, the team will also be able to design the specific tools required to achieve said optimisation.
ASTI offers the option of creating a prototype of the solution proposed to check the functioning of the complete system and its contributions before implementing it in the client’s production processes.

Given the complexity of the ASTI solutions that involve different company departments, a Project Manager is used as a management model. The Project Manager is responsible for controlling the fulfilment of both the solution deadline and the solution budget, and he or she serves as a unique point of contact with the client to share the overview of the project and resolve any questions. This person facilitates communication between ASTI and the client, streamlining the solving of problems that may arise during the development of a project.
ASTI offers its training service in the use of its systems in order to help companies understand their functioning and facilitate adaptation to the use of an automatic system. Additionally, ASTI provides production support to guarantee that the introduction of its automatic systems does not affect the normal functioning of the factory. Thanks to training tasks and accompaniment throughout the implementation of the new system, learning periods are reduced, with the system offering a 100% performance in a short period of time, which translates to a short learning cost curve.

Four MIT Sloan School of Management students – an internationally top ranked business school– have been working through February, 2nd with the Spanish company ASTI Mobile Robotics. The company, based in Burgos and led by the Endeavor Entrepreneur Verónica Pascual Boé, completed the project with a three-week onsite work. The project is part of the Action Learning program’s Global Entrepreneurship Lab (G-Lab) offered by MIT Sloan School of Management, a flagship semester-long course designed to expose MIT Sloan students to real life business problems faced by fast-growing companies around the globe. This initiative comes through the Global Entrepreneurship Foundation, Endeavor, which supports High Impact Entrepreneurs in more than 28 countries.
