SINCE 1982 WE HAVE PROVIDED AUTOMATED INTRALOGISTICS SOLUTIONS WITH ONE CLEAR OBJECTIVE: INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY.
DO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY? FIND HOW WITH US.
ASTI (Automatismos y Sistemas de Transporte Interno) is an international engineering firm that builds made-to-measure automated intralogistics optimisation solutions.
ASTI forms part of ASTI Technologies Group (ATG), created to deliver technology-based solutions that optimise enterprise productivity.
Ever since we started providing automated intralogistics solutions in 1982 our purpose has been crystal-clear:to increase our clients’ competitiveness.
Our solutions range from traditional materials-handling equipment like conveyors and handlers through to latest-generation systems like automated guided vehicles (AGVs), all designed to maximise intralogistics flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness.
The elements that make up our solutions are all managed by SIGAT, our 100%-proprietary module-based system automation software.
Over 30 years’ experience of meeting our clients’ automated intralogisticsneeds.
Through its six-nationality in-house team and its partner network, ASTI currently serves companies in 15 countries throughout Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
Year after year, we invest heavily in research and development to make sure our intralogistics automation solutions remain at technology’s cutting edge.
The members of our multidisciplinary international team all share the same strong values that drive ASTI's development.
ASTI puts its clear commitment to quality and continual improvement into practice in everything it does.
ASTI is fully committed to its mission, vision and values that place customer service, talent development, ongoing investment in R&D and respect for society and environment centre-stage.
AGVs are the core of ASTI’s business.
ASTI offers a comprehensive range of AGVs divided into three product lines: EasyBot, RoboFast and HardBot.
At ASTI we understand the importance of knowing every last detail of our clients’ businesses. Every client has unique logistical needs based on their industry, activity, history and resources. Our team studies these parameters and develops, along with the client, the solutions of greatest added value in the short, medium and long term.
ASTI offers multiple formulas for the acquisition of its solutions via the renting or direct financing of its equipment option. With this option, the client can perform diverse tests or permanently use equipment without having to invest directly in the purchase of equipment.
With the data collected from an initial stage of operational analysis, our engineering team will perform studies and design the most suitable solution to optimise internal logistics. If necessary, the team will also be able to design the specific tools required to achieve said optimisation.
ASTI offers the option of creating a prototype of the solution proposed to check the functioning of the complete system and its contributions before implementing it in the client’s production processes.
At ASTI, engineering is key to understanding first-hand client processes in order to work together to find the most appropriate solution to each situation. ASTI collaborates closely with its clients in the design of more optimal logistics processes for their production processes, offering the knowledge acquired by ASTI over the course of its 35-year career working in diverse sectors such as the pharmaceutical, automotive, food and cosmetic. ASTI becomes its clients’ partner in the development of quality technology solutions that contribute towards the optimisation of clients’ logistics processes.
Thanks to the multidisciplinary team at ASTI, we can fully customise the design of our system interfaces to facilitate learning and consequently the adoption of the new system. These personalised interfaces enable our clients to maintain the same line on all pieces of industrial software, guaranteeing better acceptance of the new system.
ASTI offers its re-engineering services to help its clients make the most of their resources. As such, thanks to the know-how acquired during the period studying the client’s activity, ASTI is capable of reorganising their processes to optimise production. With its process re-engineering services, ASTI redesigns work flows and the movement of materials in such a way that the new process is more efficient, enabling greater levels of productivity.
Ensures the correct functioning of the facility, avoiding possible imperfections caused from use.
Full service for repairs due to imperfections.
Immediate response to any incident.
Given the complexity of the ASTI solutions that involve different company departments, a Project Manager is used as a management model. The Project Manager is responsible for controlling the fulfilment of both the solution deadline and the solution budget, and he or she serves as a unique point of contact with the client to share the overview of the project and resolve any questions. This person facilitates communication between ASTI and the client, streamlining the solving of problems that may arise during the development of a project.
ASTI offers its training service in the use of its systems in order to help companies understand their functioning and facilitate adaptation to the use of an automatic system. Additionally, ASTI provides production support to guarantee that the introduction of its automatic systems does not affect the normal functioning of the factory. Thanks to training tasks and accompaniment throughout the implementation of the new system, learning periods are reduced, with the system offering a 100% performance in a short period of time, which translates to a short learning cost curve.
